As an Internet shopper, you probably have a few concerns and hopefully we can address them. As an Internet seller, we have concerns and hopefully you can address ours. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you feel comfortable doing business with us!
Your concerns:
SECURITY: Although no Internet transaction is 100% safe, we have taken every precaution possible to protect your transaction. All secure transactions will take place with GeoTrust. A world leader in E-commerce business. We will not store your credit card information. Although you will have to re-enter it each time you shop, this minor inconvenience will help in keeping your credit card information safe.
PRIVACY: Your private information will remain solely with Shingobee Studios and will not be sold to ANYONE. This is one of our many concerns as an E-customer as well.
FRAUD: Although fraud is always a threat, we will take extreme measures to protect you and your information.
LEAD TIMES: Because all orders are “made to order”, this site is not an “Instant” ship set up. Please allow 5-7 working days to complete and ship all print orders. If you are choosing framing options from us, add an additional 2-3 weeks to the lead time. Gicleé’ Canvas orders will require a 50% non refundable deposit. Lead times on Gicleé’ canvas prints will be 3-4 weeks.
RETURNS: There will be a 30% charge on all returned items. Return shipping to be paid by customer. Because we cannot guarantee exact color matching from web to delivery, (there are literally hundreds of computer and monitor combinations, all with their own characteristics), we encourage you to visit a gallery near you to see our actual products.
BILLING: Your credit card will not be charge until your order has shipped (except on Gicleé’ Canvas deposits). We will also e-mail you when your order has shipped.
Our Concerns:
FRAUD: ALL orders will only be shipped within the U.S. No International orders at this time. We ask that your billing and ship to addresses are the same. We will also ask for your credit card code number located on the back of the card (with three numbers).
PLEASE LEAVE A REAL daytime / evening PHONE NUMBERS and E-MAIL ADDRESS. You can expect a call from us to verify your information. Shingobee Studios reserves the right to refuse shipment if your information is not accurate, or if you do not verify your information with us. Please remember that we are looking out for you and ourselves. Your private information will be kept private.
PATIENCE: Please plan ahead. We are a small business and will give you the best personalized service we can. We are not a full blown Mass E-tailer that has automated everything.
WARNING/DAMAGE: Our prints will ship to you flat and protected. We recommend that you DO NOT HANDLE the prints. We can assure you that the prints are in pristine order when they leave our facility. Please have a professional framer matte and frame your print at your earliest convenience. We recommend mounting your matte to the image with no white borders. All prints have been set up to allow for1/4 inch inset into the image.
ALL images are Copyrighted by Mark J. Harlow and Shingobee Studios. They may not be reproduced in any form without written permission or contacted agreements. Shingobee Studios reserves the right to add or remove products at any time. We also reserve the right to increase prices without notice (although we will try our best to give notice). Only authorized dealers may carry our products. These dealers must meet our guidelines and payment schedules. Shingobee Studios reserves the right to decline shipment if inadequate information is given by the consumer. Orders will not be shipped to P.O. boxes or address different than the billing address. Shingobee Studios reserves the right to use its own images sold in print form for other items as well, such as promotional items or corporate programs. The Shingobee Studios logo and Trademark “LIFE is a Photo Opp” are sole property of Shingobee Studios.
